Mindfulness-Based Yoga

Mindful awareness is about being in tune with how you feel and having an awareness of what is going on inside your body. By incorporating yoga into our life we can learn to trust and understand the messages given by our own body and understand our own thought processes.

These classes combine a unique healing combination of movement, breath and yoga philosophy, along with a sequenced flow and meditation. This helps to release physical tension and pain, which then in turn can help release stored emotion.
