Adolescence can be a difficult time - a time of transition out of the guidance of parents and teachers, into a more independent scope. Yoga can offer tools to address concerns that the adolescent population are facing and provide techniques to help overcome issues such as anxiety, bullying, relationship issues, eating disorders, depression and sleep deprivation.
This course provide teens with opportunities to find a way to themselves, which will help in their journey toward healing, recovery, and overall health and happiness.
This specialised therapeutic yoga is suitable for all adolescents.
We're also running an 8 week program called Transforming Teen Anxiety, starting July 2019. It incorporates some elements of Yoga.
