Yes. All EAP sessions are confidential. Only de-identified, general feedback (such as usage statistics) may be shared with an organisation if agreed upon beforehand.

Yes. EAP sessions are available face-to-face in our Newcastle, Maitland, Broadmeadow, and Warners Bay locations, or through secure telehealth EAP sessions in Lake Macquarie and other areas.

We work closely with each organisation to understand their needs and create a tailored EAP plan, including session limits, referral pathways, and reporting options. Our goal is to make EAP counselling in Newcastle and Maitland as easy and effective as possible.

The Hummingbird Centre does not charge registration or management fees for EAP services. Costs are based on agreed service use, with no hidden or minimum fees.
