About Thomas
Thomas O’Neill is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 20 years’ experience across child, adolescent, adult, family, and couple work. Since 2010, he has served as a SIRA NSW-appointed Independent Psychology Consultant, bringing extensive expertise in psychological injury, evidence-based treatment, and recovery at work. He has also served on the Psychology Council of NSW (2012–2021) and provides education and supervision to clinicians working in complex systems. His approach is practical, clear, and grounded in real-world clinical experience.
