You will be asked to add credit or debit card details to the system the first time you book an appointment.
Your card will not be charged until after your appointment and will not be used at all if another organisation normally pays for your appointments.
If an organisation does normally pays for your appointments, please still select from the appointment types available, and we will update the system to reflect your usual billing method.
Please ensure that your funding is approved before booking. If you arrange an appointment without funding approval, it’s your responsibility to pay for the session.
