This booking platform is only for existing clients. New clients please call the clinic for assistance.
You will be asked to add credit or debit card details to the system the first time you book an appointment.
Your card will not be charged until after your appointment and will not be used at all if another organisation normally pays for your appointments.
If an organisation does normally pays for your appointments, please still select from the appointment types available, and we will update the system to reflect your usual billing method.
Please ensure that your funding is approved before booking. If you arrange an appointment without funding approval, it’s your responsibility to pay for the session.

Mitchell works across 3 locations, Newcastle West, Warners Bay and Broadmeadow. Please drop down the list of locations to make sure you are booking an appointment at your desired location. If you are booking a telehealth appointment you are welcome to choose from any clinic for the day that suits you best.

Mitch will be moving to our new clinic location from 1st August 2026 at 15 Lambton Road, Broadmeadow, as well as continuing Wednesdays at Warners Bay.
