This booking platform is only for existing clients. New clients please call the clinic for assistance.
You will be asked to add credit or debit card details to the system the first time you book an appointment.
Your card will not be charged until after your appointment and will not be used at all if another organisation normally pays for your appointments.
If an organisation does normally pays for your appointments, please still select from the appointment types available, and we will update the system to reflect your usual billing method.
Please ensure that your funding is approved before booking. If you arrange an appointment without funding approval, it’s your responsibility to pay for the session.

From 28th May 2026, Nina will begin working Thursdays at our East Maitland clinic.

From 3rd June, this will extend to Wednesdays and Thursdays.

From 6th July, Nina will be based at East Maitland on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Telehealth will continue to be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays
