Helen is a warm and compassionate registered psychologist who enjoys working collaboratively with her clients. She provides a safe and supportive space to navigate life’s challenges, offering therapeutic support tailored to each individual’s needs.
Helen works with a variety of presentations, including anxiety and mood disorders, attachment difficulties, developmental trauma, caregiver challenges, behavioural difficulties, and developmental disorders.
Using a person-centred approach, Helen assists clients in achieving their therapeutic goals by supporting them to access their intrinsic abilities to live rich and meaningful lives. She has experience in providing cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, neurofeedback therapy, and play therapy techniques.
Helen is trained in a range of evidence-based psychological assessments, including cognitive, behavioural, and developmental assessments, and is a Circle of Security trained facilitator.
