Margaret is a registered psychologist who has experience supporting people who present with a variety of concerns including stress management and anxiety.
Margaret has a collaborative and warm approach to the client-practitioner therapeutic alliance, which provides a calm and safe space, for the client. She meets you where you are emotionally allowing you the time to heal, whilst working with you using evidence-based psychological tools and strategies such as CBT and solution focused therapy.
