Nimra Bilgrami is an independent consultant Clinical Psychologist who provides services from The Hummingbird Centre.
Nimra has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of psychological concerns. She offers a trauma-informed service within an evidence-based treatment framework and draws from a variety of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
In addition to therapy, Nimra provides psychological assessments for intellectual ability, functional skills, learning difficulties, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
